Look into taking fish oil too.

Omega 3's are essential for your body and not a lot of people know anything about them.

Americans just dont get enough Omega 3's and its as essential as anything to LIVE.

If you really want to be a bad *** you'll take Protein Powder, fish oil, multi viatamin, and creatine. Take the creatine before you lift.
