That and he does not have his best control tonight, at least not consistently.

the funny thing is I don't believe the Rangers are being patient enough at the plate. Lincecum doesn't have much control either outside of that 4th inning.

It's all about the offsepeed pitch, Lee doesn't have it with him tonight, and his out pitch has been the heater. These guys are locked in on his fastball. the Yankees and Rays were not comfortable at all in their at bats because they had to worry about getting bit with the breaking ball.


This is a game we're going to have to grind out to win, because Lee isn't cruising by any note.
