Justice League movie in 2017.

No word on who will play Batman. But Snyder is directing with Nolan producing.

I'd rather see a version of Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns. But not with Frank Miller involved.

Have you watched the animated version of Millers dark knight? They are pretty good.

Meh.

I want to be excited, but I'm just not. The bitter taste of Man of Steel is still too fresh.

There was a little too much action, like it was an Avengers movie.
And there were a few things that annoyed me:
No S on the back of the cape.
No Red underwear.
Louis knowing the whole time where Clark really was.
No fortress of solitude.

I always thought it was stupid that nobody could figure it out.

lol. Superman isn't complete unless he is wearing underwear on the outside.

Everybody needs to read The Dark Knight Returns. Superman vs Batman would be amazing!

You didn't like Sin City? I'm supposing you have seen it.

Say it, kinda liked the look, but felt it was a poor movie. Miller shot it like it was a comic. But movies aren't comics. Different mediums require different approaches.

Plus, I am about 50/50 on whether I like Miller's work or think he's stunk it up.

It is a really good comic. But without the Superman/Batman/Justice League dynamic already in place, it's hard to pull off.

My problems with the movie go far deeper, and none of them are cosmetic. Lack of character development, generic 1 note villain with no name henchmen, horribly stupid plot elements... meh just tip of the iceberg, not the thread for it, so I won't =p

I think the fact that it was shot like a comic is exactly whats good about it. You can pick holes in the plot lines of every movie, but I think he deserves credit for at least doing something different....same could probably be said about 300, though he was only a producer.

I'm not the biggest comic book fan, but I'm well versed in the DC and Marvel... well, 'verses.

But I've never understood why Superman would ever need Batman's help.

Or anyone's help for that matter. Unless it was to kick a green glowing rock away, haha.
