Nobody can, unless Dak says they can.
Dak owns the Cowboys in his contract, he made sure that was very clear, and this ignorant FO signed off on that.

If that contract didn't exist the way it does the answer would be no. The only teams I think would even consider him are Cleveland and Detroit.

I see it as somewhat of a tit for tat on another front page thread currently on the first page asking people "If you were GM who would you replace Dak with for next year" (or something close to that title). The point of that thread seems to be to challenge people who say we could do better at QB to "prove it" with a tangible plan

On the flip side, this particular thread seems to be a challenge to those who are of the general idea that "almost any team" would love to have Dak under center. OPs question seems to be a matter of trying to find out what teams would actually like to pick up dak and his enormous contract, because he's that good supposedly

I think it's a legitimate question TBH

Texans and Lions both have 2 1st round picks so they make sense. Use 1 to package the trade and use 1 to add another first round talent in their build.

Saints have a good defense and weapons just need a QB.

A team would trade for him in a heartbeat. Dak is a serviceable player but his contract (like almost all qb contracts) is disgusting to look at.

Two teams in are division would. Washington and New York.
