Would an 0-2 start surprise you?

We’ve never beaten Brady. That’s a no brainer.

And Bengals defending AFC champs.

This is two teams from last two Super Bowls. Not the caliber teams we’d normally beat or be favored to beat.

Can we win? Anything is possible in NFL . On Any Given Sunday still applies . But there’s no reason to expect to win.

Dak beats Brady opening day and this place "TOTALLY" does a 180. 9-8 is the floor and 12-5 is the celling.

Still not good enough to be trusted. If one player shaves 3-5 games a year off then our depth really sucks.

so for what 1-3 games before Gallup returns and TS73 gets some experience we have a stronger run game, defense and special teams. BTW the WR room is not that undermanned if you factor in Turpin and pollard as slot options and lamb is a #1 vs what happened in 18..once again Gallups back by game 3 .. yes OL is a question and a concern, but other teams have overcome it so can we.

If as you say, TS73 improves quickly enough? I’ll certainly feel a lot better.

No. Cincinnati and Tampa are good teams with defenses that can punish our offensive line.
exactly and they will. Unless we address LT the right way. BTW Farniok is stronger and better than Biadasz. He needs to be starting week 1. Todd Bowles is PRAYING we start McGovern at LG, Biadasz at center and Tyler at LT week 1.

I’ve been calling for 0-2 since the schedule came out.

And it’s nothing we should be alarmed about. We have two very winnable games following and should be 2-2.

1st half of season is a brutal schedule. 4-4 is a good goal at the bye.

I can’t help but to feel that we’re already “unprepared from a personnel standpoint” based on both the offensive line and wide receiver positions.

Based solely on paper, I would agree and can only hope some young players step up and surprise us but only time will tell how this season goes for Dallas.

I don't think there's going to be any cohesiveness on offense at all, especially early in the season. I think it's gonna be a struggle to score 20 points.

So unless the defense absolutely balls out and gets lots of turnovers, I think 0-2 is a very real possibility.

While I’m trying to approach this season from an optimistic perspective, the more I step back and look at the current circumstances, the more worried I become.

I’m looking at a rookie left tackle with limited reps, a reputation for holding, and recovering from a high ankle sprain lining up to plan B at left guard.

I’m looking at a receiving group in flux, waiting for its’ #2 to be able to play recovering from major knee surgery.

And I’m also looking at a tough start to the season via scheduling.

I can’t help but to think that we will be spending most of the season clawing back from an 0-2 deficit.

How does everyone else feel?

It’s hard to know what to feel yet. We think the defense is going to be good but we don’t know yet as we haven’t even seen them. My only hope is Micha, Diggs, and Kearse. What if the D isn’t that good though?

Than on the other side of the ball you have guys that we didn’t see all PS as well. Noah Brown is so good now he needs to be held out of PS? Smh…

The only couple of things I saw out of PS was Turpin looks dynamic, Sam Williams looks strong with a constant motor, and Tyler looks strong as hell but needs a lot of refinement.

Just like last year we just don’t know.

We have some fresh faces at our skill positions on offense. Fresh faces always give opposing defenses fits, because they don't know the tendencies of those fresh faces. So Noah Brown, Ferguson, Tolbert, and Turpin actually give us an advantage. We could very well be 2-0.

I didn't even know who the second game was against and still wouldn't have been surprised.

Bottom line we are entering the season with some real question marks. Every year no one really knows what is going to happen early in the season. Bad teams come out hot & good teams come out cold. It happens.

Our best hope is that we catch the other teams a little off their game & we play nearer our top level. Maybe get some confidence & momentum to surf the early season til (hopefully) injured players return & young players settle in.

Both the Bucs and Bengals, based on last year's performances, are better than the Cowboys. It would be more of a surprise if the Cowboys came out 2-0.

If they can somehow be 1-1 after the first two games, I think we'd all be happy.

The Cowboys are always good for a couple unexpected wins against good teams AND a couple losses against trash teams
