Would Garrett allow Hard Knocks?

If HBO approached Jerry to do Hard Knocks in 2012, do you think that Garrett would nix the idea?

On one hand, Jason seems like the kind of guy who can keep the team focused and trained in on football like Rex Ryan did last year.

The contra is that he'd not want any distractions around his process of preparation of the team for the coming year.

What do you think? If he had the final say so, does JG give the okay or does he torpedo the idea?

I think Tex would have had the final word on that one, but then again they did buy out the side of the hotel facing the practice fields for a reason.

I don't think it would matter one way or the other, it doesn't really have much to do with the cowboys until the winner comes to camp at which point Garret is free to cut him at any time. I don't see how that would hurt the team any more then say one of the gabillion kickers we've had inn for TC

If he could somehow use the intrusive nature of the television cameras and crew as a positive preparation tactic for his players, I would guess that he would allow it. However, I doubt that his Princeton background would entertain such nonsense for even a nanosecond.

Yep. It's funny how people act like Jerry didn't just hire Jason, but gave him the entire franchise.

Anyway, I doubt he would want it. I doubt any coach would... Except maybe a Ryan.
