Would it be hard to defend Romo from this point on if we go 0-4 in December

I don't think that that will be a trend going forward. He will play better the rest of the season.

In 4 seasons, he would have FAILED 4 times if we miss the playoffs

2011-fail
2012-fail
2013-fail
2014-fail

How can anyone be a romo fan after that?

Now between 2006 and 2010 he only failed once so not sure if age is catching up with him or not

2006-playoffs
2007-playoffs
2008-fail
2009-playoffs
2010-injured

I would argue our Coaching Staff has the most to do with it. We've got about as much talent as anyone and other teams are doing more with about the same levels of talent. I'm sure Chip would kill to have Romo as his QB over Foles or Sanchez, and Dez over Maclin, probably our entire OL over his…..but they are better prepared than we are, more creative, and get their players to play with an 'edge'. New England is in the same boat. I'd argue NE has crap for talent outside of Brady yet here they are again, streaking late in the season. They actually change much of their playbook each week so its nearly impossible to game plan them. I wouldn't say Green Bay is abundantly more talented than us. I would actually say Seattle is, which is one of the few games it looked like our coaches (outside the special teams coach) had the players ready to play.

On D we most certainly don't have as much talent as anyone. I give a ton of credit to the coaches for actually having them play half decent at times, there's not a whole lot of coaches that could do that with our hod awful D

Explain how this season is a fail with being 8-4 and we still have 4 games left? You're being overly dramatic!

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clearly it's the Defenses fault our Offense only put up 10 points the other day.....

& their offense put up 33. You do the math. Better yet, don't. Your brain is fried enough as it is.

Yes he has but the offense scoring 10 pts and him having 0TD passes and 2 Int's in a Thanksgiving Game for the division lead is unacceptable

If we had lost 35-31 on late TD pass by sanchez with Romo having 3 TD passes and 1 Int then it would not be as bad

You can never have more Int's than TD passes

You clearly were either extremely drunk during the game (don't blame you) or just didn't watch it. They lost because they tried to run the Eagles over and it didn't work. The entire passing attack was just a bit player in this loss (with the exception of Beasley's fumble).

BTW: I said the next 3 games because if we go 0-3 it would no reason for him to play in week 17

Which brings up an interesting question (to me at least), would Romo play in the last game if they were completely out of it at that point?

I bet this damn organization would trot his *** out there

Was the defense acceptable? Was it? What about Coles fumble? Was that? Tony was put in a situation where as per usual he has to play catch up. That means desperation and risk. And he clearly couldn't trust the line like he had all season long. If you can't see any of this and understand WHY he played the way he did then you don't understand the moving parts of a complete football team. I HATE when we lose and the Romo haters come out to feed. You people don't deserve him.

I been defending all year on social media and at my job about how he is not a choker and he was hurt last year. But if this man starts the next 3 games and we are 8-7 ONCE AGAIN due to interceptions by him then I can't defend him anymore because it would be too many collapses for me in December

It comes a time when he has to prove everyone wrong and stop being the guy everyone expects this time of year. How much longer is he going to continue to play like crap in december when he really only has about 3 years left to play? So the time is now and I am done with the excuses for why Romo could not get it done in December again. I mean how could any of us still support him if he has another tragic december?

When other fans say.........Romo is a Joke, it would be nothing for us to say but........."It appears to be the case"

Anyone agree if we have another losing record in december it would be hard to support Romo going forward?

Obviously you havent seen his December stats, not that they matter to any of the haters...

Im talking about what happened on Thanksgiving,

1. Romo having more Int's than TD passes

1 pick wasn't his fault. But overall I don't get your OP. Romo has played lights out this year. Far better than almost anyone expected. To say any failure we may experience in December is all on Romo is so wrong I can't even come up with words to explain it.

Wow, didnt Romo just have a 148 qb rating 3 days before and win the game?? The whole team sucked on T giving.

I don't care what he did in sept and oct, what matters is what he does after Thanksgiving.

That is the problem with Romo. You never know what you're going to get. That why he has so many people who think he is a choker and others who think he an elite QB.

One thing is for sure, you can count on him to hang the team out to dry when you need him most. It never fails.

I've given up on him a long time ago. Do you really think Tony Romo could go through 3 playoff games and super bowl without choking? It would literally take a miracle. The thought of him being around a couple more years as our starter makes me want to throw up.

Us over paying him and other vets is a big reason why we have such a crappy defense too.

As long as Jerry is the owner of this team, we won't have any success.

No Playoffs= Failed Season

Not sure if you knew that or not
