No .

Not while Jerry is alive ...
As jerrah said in an interview, 'its not about wins and loses, its about not being worried what garrett will say the next morning.' (or some awful completely lunatic quote like that.)

If Dallas falls to 4-4 tonight firing JG tomorrow accomplishes nothing but making some fans feel good. Besides, who wants one of this staff to be interim coach and possibly convince JJ to make it permanent?

He'll be evaluated at the end of the season. If he fails to do anything more than he's done in the past he should be allowed to walk.

Is there a maximum number of people you can put on ignore? Seems like I should be getting close to that number if there is one...

If the Cowboys were to lose to the Giants, it is unfathomable that JG wouldn't be fired immediately.
Losing to both the Jets and Giants, as heavy favorites in both, would be inexcusable regardless of circumstances.
Unfortunately, no. The Cowboys are going to ride this train till the end of the season.

After that, even with all the “Garrett probable extension”, ain’t happening if we can’t get past a divisional round.

Jason Garrett’s results after bye week with opponents record

2011 vs Patriots Loss 20-16 (Pats 13-3)
2012 vs Ravens Loss 31-29 (Ravens 10-6)
2013 vs Giants Win 24-21 (Giants 7-9)
2014 vs Giants Win 31-28 (Giants 6-10)
2015 vs Giants Loss 27-20 (Giants 6-10)
2016 vs Eagles Win 29-23 (Eagles 7-9)
2017 vs 49ers Win 40-10 (49ers 6-10)
2018 vs Titans Loss 28-14 (Titans 9-7)

Thats 4-4 after bye weeks. Good Coaches take advantage of bye weeks but Garrett is consistent with his .500 reputation beating losing teams and losing to winning teams. He should win this one based on history. Either way he will be the HC at the end of the season.

There’s only one person whose opinion matters in this...Jerral Wayne Jones. And he’s made it clear, he wants Garrett to be here longer. It will take a complete collapse to see Garrett gone. It’s a fan dream that Jerry is almost fed up.

PS- what has Jerry ever said that would make us the fans think he wants to “win at all costs”?

Heavily favored? It's by 7, right? Either way I don't think a loss gets him fired immediately. Barring a complete collapse I think he would be fired at season's end. A loss tonight would prove to everyone that the Cowboys are who we thought they were, an uninspired and inconsistent Garrett led team. No way this team does better than 8-8 after a loss tonight. End result Garrett is gone.

But don't under estimate Garrett. We might win tonight and let it go further, vintage Jason Garrett. Only to lose to the better teams down the stretch as usual. We'll see. I don't think a worse result from last year will get Garrett extended. The same result is almost as disappointing.

Sounds right to me. Promote KR as HC and allow Moore to auto pilot the offense.

No. Red would have to lose bad, then knee jerry in the bollocks and insult him as looking like an old shoe, chaps.

You consider 7 point favorites as heavy?

Heavy would be like the 21 against Miami.

No, a loss tonight doesn’t get Garrett fired.

Remember , Jerry is looking for ways to keep Garrett not fire him. Another division title will lock it up. Don’t believe me just watch.
