Would you consider signing OBJ?

We’re a running football team for better or worse.

Big no.

If anything teach Turpin a few routes and get his speed on the field.

No.

He tore his ACL in February, so medically you're looking late in the season. He doesn't know the Cowboys playbook, either. Is this just signing and hoping for January? At what cost?

Didn't Gallup tear his in early January? So in theory Odell would be about a month behind Gallup who has played in the last two games

I know Gallup has the benefit of knowing the offense, but at this point we could bring him in and have him start learning the offense. Could start practicing after the bye

Assuming he’s healthy and can move like last year, do you plunge in and pair him up with CD/Gallup?

It all depends on how WR situation looks. I'm not against it. But by the time he fully heals, and can get acquainted with a new playbook and back into football shape, it would be sometime in December. That's what I heard. Then you're going to want to see a workout.

It's my opinion that another team will sign him before any of that happens. They'll take the risk. I wouldn't. I would want all of that info before signing him.

Nope! He hasn’t played all year and it takes time for a receiver to come back from an ACL.

He’s already laughed at the Rams offer. So you know he wants to be paid

He might as well retire because no team is going to offer him a lot of money. He’s not what he was in he’s damaged goods.

I can see them doing it if someone gets hurt.

For sure. Or if the passing game starts to struggle, somehow.

Never say never.

Didn’t you say at what cost? I said winning the SB. You must have borrowed that line from Stephen.

So in other words, you said nothing. Keep up the genius posting, sport. Reality may just rename the Overtime Zone after you, since half of your threads end up there anyway.

The Cowboys aren't bringing in OBJ, and deep down any logical Cowboys fan knows it. Argue with me all you like, it's not even on Stephen's radar. Probably not on OBJ's, either.

In other words I said everything right and you have no legit response so you have to throw in a silly little joke. :lmao2::thumbup:

BTW you do know he is one of the best route runner and would have zero problems picking up the playbook like Amari did in Cleveland.

I dont think we need him. Rams really need him or someone like the Bucs will sign him.

Yes, I would sign him under two circumstances: 1. He signs for nothing. 2. He pays the Cowboys to play. Then sit him.
