For those that vote to boot Bill, add a drop-down box with a short list of who they would like to see replace Bill (meaning someone they think is going to do a better job). I'd like to see who in here is just grousing versus who has constructive ideas for progress.

That's a tough question to ask since most of the better candidates out there for HC positions are probably assistants that many fans have never heard of before.

Possibly, but there are a LOT Of educated fans on this site who would know them also. To me, saying Bill needs to go without suggesting a replacement is mostly grousing.

I don't think he is going to retire this year, he will be back next season..... I am hoping we will get TO, then we would be vicious!!!!!!! :starspin

Absolutely. After the off-season we had last year -- which was all part of Parcells' vision -- I want him to be the one that has an opportunity to coach it to its potential. I'd be highly disappointed if he were to bolt one season after totally re-doing this team's personnel and defensive base.

BP has most of the parts in place.
It would be a shame for him not to finish.
If he dose not finish what he had started , then 2 years down the road things have not went well. It would stink thinking what might have been.

I think the BP bashers just forgot how bad things were.....
