He played hurt all last year
Plus they traded away Khalil Mack so you have to assume they are looking longer term....not this year or bust.
Guess we'll see.

No head coach wants a losing record their first year. They went 6-10 last year, you want to at least improve on that.

I agree..surethey want o win them all if possible.
But you can see they're looking more long term when they take future assts to replace possibly current the best defensive player in the league.

But we can agree to disagree if you think they really want to get rid of Carr.

My guess is that Gruden may move on from Carr after this year anyway. I'd be surprised if they aren't at least considering moving him.

Carr is the reason that Gruden took the job.
