Cbz40, I've never had a beef with you, and personally don't want to start one now (I can only hope you feel the same). I asked a simple "yes" or "no" question. This thread DOES NOT deserve a lot of assinine personal attacks.

I perfectly understand the disgust and outrage of fans against Haynesworth's actions today. But I am also old enough to remember Owens's infamous star incident. Although I agree that the two incidents are incomparable, I do remember fans calling for Owens to be suspended over the star incident, and some going so far as to say that they would NEVER forgive him for it. At the time, it was absolutely incredulous to think that Owens would EVER wear the star. We now know that such thinking is no longer incredulous. Heck, even after Owens was signed, there were some posters on this board who still vowed never to forgive Owens.

My question is a simple "yes" or "no" question. Answer it (or not), add your perspective without making personal attacks, and move on. It really is just that simple.

But flawed as we are, there's still more good than bad - there's just less wisdom than stupidity, but hey, that's ok too.

Fair enough, I only answered your question and asked one after you questioned my opinion. If you constro that as trying to start a beef w/you then you are very much mistaken. Maybe I should be assuming you are trying start a beef w/me.

I have not observed any personal attacks only a few questioning motive.
