I got the same... it was much more nastier the 1st time I had a sig... it was my 1st post!

You don't see my Mannigham image?
I don't now, but I saw it right before it was blocked the 1st time. :D

I like the draft, just not big on Stanback in the third. I think he might have been around later. I love the 1st rounder in 08 from Cleveland and of course Mr. Spencer. I like the sounds of this Courtney Brown from Cal/Poly also. We improved our team through the draft and that is really all that you want to do!

I wish we would have gotten Bush but I'm happy. You know the Raiders slept on it over night and realized a 1st rounder was sitting there for the taking! :(

I glad we drafted a kicker.

We needed that kicker more than a blue chip corner.

Didn't you say we need to put it behind?

Someone is taking one's own advise.

OK guys, sing em out. Who did we not draft that you wanted us to? List your guys that are going to come back to haunt us for 10 years.

IF and I mean IF Quinn is a stud in years to come we wont be the only team kicking itself.

Everyone else had a fair chance at the kid as well.
Well at least we'll have that high number one to console ourselves with. The other 21 teams won't.

Agreed. They got the steal of the draft! Seriously! I said oh sh**! when Oakland drafted him Sunday morning! What a bargain.

Yep.

And our man [Romo] has Carrie Underwood to lick his..... wounds.

In all honesty the only player that could cause me regrets for not taking is Quinn.

As long as Tony Romo doesn't go the way of 1 year wonders and Quinn doesn't turn into a Carson Palmer I am fine with it.

That is awfully tempting though.

Dern it! I hate it when I agree with Hos! It takes all the fun out of it.

I really believe we should have taken Quinn. Romo has a lot to prove and I hope he does, but I would have liked having Quinn as a fall back.

It may be a wash if we have to take a QB with Cleveland's pick next year. We are then gambling that next year's QB's are better than Quinn.

In the 3rd, 4th (both picks), or 6th, what CB would you have taken?

Two woulda, coulda, shouldas from me:

1. Eric Wright CB USC/UNLV - The Browns say that he passed their rigorous background check for his behavior since his move to UNLV. Apparently the Browns contract with former CIA types. Anyhow, Wright has the look of a future pro-bowl CB. That'll be hard to take if it happens, given that the Cowboys traded out of that pick.

2. Browns #1 vs. Bills #1 - Apparently Jerry Jones had to choose. The Browns and the Bills were both ready to trade their 1st round 2008 picks to the Cowboys. Right now today, I'd pick the Browns too. But if it turns out that the Bills do even worse than the Browns, that'll be hard to take.

Love the campbell avatar with the cowboys pc wallpaper background.

This...is my BOOMSTICK! :laugh2:

Back on topic...

Of course many would have loved to have had Calvin so that is a gimme.

Some would have liked this or that WR or Quinn.

DeOssie seems like a popular choice as well.

I kind of wished we would have gotten Nate Ilaoa (sp?) or Ahmad Bradshaw in the 7th round. Now I realize they will probably never will kill us in the future but just players I liked.

Of course I am hoping the young man from Houston we signed will make it easier.:D
