Very misleading. Both those guys are 600lb shut-ins confined to bed rest. It's either the Zone or eat government cheese all day.

Is that REALLY an either/or situation?? I've found it entirely possible to do both...

But in all seriousness, Hostile's posts are extremely informative and one of the things I like about the guy is that he will take a stance and provide very cogent arguments for them.

There are members that have a ton of posts but most of their posts lack substance, Hostile is not one of them.
