I don't get the whole "I'm a professional that trys to act ghetto" deal. I'm guessing ESPN hired him for the ghetto audience, but it's not working because he is losing all of his airtime. As far as I know at this time, his radio show and is all he has and that has shrunk to only a one hour show. (from 3 till 4PM) I don't even see him having a column on ESPN's NBA page anymore.

I think Steven A's so called "ghetto" (as someone called it) act is old now. I used to listen to him but it got to the point of trying to watch his show without listening to him speak. It's not that the man is not intelligent and articuate because when he interviews people he does an excellent job.

All this is by Steven A, is an act. Now if you want to call it "ghetto" or whatever, that's on you. I think he just talks loud.

Although his audience has obviously shrunk, he still gives a voice to a lot of people who would otherwise have their opinions minimized. Saying he has a "ghetto" appeal is stupid and racist and I'd suggest that person look up the original meaning of the word.
