What does that mean driving with a suspended license and failure to pay? In my state, you can't just pay a fine for a driving while suspended citation--it is a jailable offense and you must appear in court.

Courts issue bench warrants for failure to appear. That is as automatic as night and day. There may be some municipalities that are the exception. It would be interesting to research any city that members are aware and can post in this thread.

Police stupidity is not a problem the team can do anything about.
Player stupidity is.
