Hurd is a good tackler on special teams, but we've got seven drafted rookies, most will make the team, who can do that too.

We lost K. Davis, Burnett, Carlos Polk, Tre Battle from special teams.

Add five or six or even all seven of our drafted LBs and DBs who will make the team and can play special teams. Maybe M. Johnson or Ogletree can tackle too.

If Hurd can't play WR better than either M. Johnson or Ogletree ... or is nicked up always, he may be cut or go on IR or something.

Between Hurd, Austin, Stanback always in the tub, "I PREDICT" ... some surprising names at WR opening day ...

... Uh oh, OT, just out on ESPN, Dirk's girlfriend has made threatening demands to Dirk's attorney from jail. And an hour ago, DMN story says she has three other kids, all of whom she abandoned. Poor Dirk.

Stephen Hodge, DeAngelo Williams and Pat Watkins, Mike Hamlin, Sam Hurd, Bobby Carpenter, J. Williams, Stephen McGee, Travis Wilson/ Ogeltree equals a pretty quick and nimble head hunting unit to me.

Hamstring strain during the second week of OTAs.

Miles Austin has been held out since as a precaution, we want him full go for training camp.

If they're keeping 3 QBs and 2 Ks, ain't no way they're keeping 6 WRs, Slate...

I expect 5 receivers to make the cut with 1 or 2 kiddies incubating on the practice squad.

I'm actually excited to see Hurd this season. I thought last year was going to be big for him.

Sam Hurd should be chomping the bit to get on the field and play again.

Beyond being a top special teams performer for the Cowboys, I'm confidant Hurd is ready for an increased role as a receiver.
