WR Options

Me i really like Huff. He has speed and the size to play inside and outside.

AT 5 -11 not

Kevin Norwood 6-2 40 - 4.44 -

Flexible body type with adequate height and hand size. Good speed for the position with sharp footwork and leverage in his routes. Quick-starter with short-area burst. Smooth body control and excellent mid-air adjustments to twist and look the ball into his hands. Very good concentration and a natural hands-catcher. Nice awareness to locate and pluck, working back to the ball and aggressively attacking it. Never quits on his quarterback. Smart with an alert sideline sense. Knows where the sticks are. Good football character and known as a reliable option on and off the field. Positive attitude and carries himself like a professional. Already has his master?s degree.

IMO if Dez or Williams get hurt he can take their place an the perfect slot guy

Huff is 206lbs. He's not small. Almost 6ft. Norwood isnt a slot guy.

what did you watch Bama play at all this year ?

that looks like slot to me

the Announcer even say norwood in the slot

and we play out guys all over

Just because a guy has experience playing in the slot in college does not mean he fits well as a slot guy at the next level. Kelvin Benjamin from FSU played a lot of slot in college.. The pro game is completely different and Norwood does not fit the mold to be consistently in the slot in 3 wide.

oh ok what ever - and Austin Did ?

he was 6 - 2

I like Brandon Coleman and L'damian Washington for the later rounds. Washington is really fast and tall. Huge redzone targets.

I think Wr is going to be BPA in a lot of ourpicks,rd 3 sounds like a likely spot.

while it might be BPA at the time of our picks, I would hope that they realize that they have other needs...WR, to me before the 5th is a luxury...plus, with the minor depth signing, they may think that they are OK...now, if Evans (for example) fell to them at #16, I wouldn't be upset with THAT luxury....

175 at the combine, last I heard was 180

project at least 5 more pounds of muscle in an NFL weight room I think he can handle it without losing quickness.

I think the same exact posts were made on the Cowboys Usenet group for Stepfret Williams and Mike Sherrard. :D

It's one thing to add weight for the underwear olympics. I think his issue will be keeping the weight. He looks to have the metabolism of a field mouse.

Sherrard could have been great if not for the unfortunate broken leg issues.
