Ogletree is good.He runs sharp routes and gets OPEN.Austin is ok.

I think Hurd is probably going to be our number 3 going into the season and Austin 4.

Well, Austin has had a slow start so far and Ogletree looks really good. Maybe when they open up the playbook he can stretch the field.

I don't know what it is, but Ogletree reminds me a little of Terry Glenn.

Austin's speed on the outside can open up a lot of things on offense.

I've had the same thought

he is very quick

I thought the same thing when he did that little hop and catch across the middle. Glenn used to hop up and catch it in his stomach for some reason. Looks like Ogletree does it too.

I don't think he's got the game breaking speed of T. Glenn though... He does run very good routes.

so far hurd and ogletree make the most out of their chances.. austin doesn't, period.. i really hope austin starts making all the catches and plays like hurd and ogletree do, cause with his size and speed he could really be beastly.. but he just hasnt so far.... this league is filled with big fast guys that can't get it done, ogletree and hurd make plays, catch everything, and get open.. they have also been the most praised since OTAs..
they are ahead of austin so far in my book..

I didn't watch the game, so it's hard for me to comment, but looking at the box score it seems like Austin had the most catches and yards on the team, so why did he not make the most of his chances, while Ogletree did with only two catches?

I may get slammed for it...but I agree...from the little we have seen it seems he has better hands, runs better routes than does Austin. Austin being in his 3rd or 4th year should be noticably better than Olgetree but he is not and for that reason alone I put Ogletree ahead of Austin.

Austin slipped and caused a near interceptions. There were other times in which it appeared he either ran the wrong route or wasn't in sync with the QB. It happened with Kitna and Romo, so it seems like it's an Austin problem.

It can, but he's got to do it first before we know for sure. I think he can, but that really doesn't mean much until it actually happens.
