It is game 1 and in the preseason they didn't play the starters very much.

It's good to have a plan to avoid injuries and too keep players fresh.

Early season injuries can doom a team. A single lost game will not doom a team.

If we are speaking about WR's then we dont have a WR who's injury would doom this team.

People should have seen this coming.
Tyron Smith has been mediocre and trending down for 2 years. C Williams gets thrown around regularly. Lael is playing out of position. Our TE's are embarrassing. Our WR's are a bunch of 3rd string guys.
Nothing that happened is surprising at all.

Letting JG and Linehan have another shot at it could set this franchise back a few years.
