To me the biggest disappointment this entire season other than losing in December was Roy Williams. How can we fix this guy? He always wanted to be a cowboy, but he showed up here looking like an undrafted rookie. People call him slow, but he had like 4.4 speed coming out of college. Is he the type of player to get the paycheck and stop caring? I dont think so.

WR's need to be kinda cocky, and this guy just seems to nice. Im just hoping time with Romo will fix things cause if we had him, TO, Witten and our 3 headed monster of running game I just dont see any defense stopping us.

Thinking back I really dont recall to many wr's being traded in the mid of the season and having success.. do you all think next year we'll see the RW that we all know he can be?

I think the guy was running on one foot. Roy Williams never had problems starting and stopping or cutting till this year.

plantar fasciitis, same as Newman had last year that kept him out for a large part of the season

I saw Roy play in Detroit and he played nothing like that here in Dallas. Something was wrong.

I still have high expectations for him.

:starspin

I think people will be surprised how good this team is again when it's not hampered with injuries to nearly all of its best players.

Roy Williams has the kind of attitude that needs to be contagious for the other players. He comes to work, he tries hard, and he goes home with a smile on his face.

Hopefully we can find some good ways to get him ready for next season and get Romo some practice throwing the jump-ball to him in the end zone.

It will fall on deaf ears.

Yeah, I really thought he was going to make the offense unstoppable. I admit that I didn't pay any attention to what went on in Detroit. All I knew was that he was one of the few players on the team regarded as "good".

I also think that part of the problem was the overall atmosphere that screwed the entire team up.

I still have hopes that it will work out for us in the future regarding RW.

Romo needs to have practice time with him. He will be a fine receiver once they have a chance to get their timing down

Foot injury. He should have been forced off the field and replaced by Miles Austin...

Injury for sure. I just hope he did not sour on team due to all the crap this year.

That is the part that about the Roy Williams situation that still baffles me. Roy was hurt and Austin is no scrub.

if Roy was hurt to the point where he was a completely different player, then why was he starting?

oh wait, nevermind, that was probably Coach Jerry's decision

I'm not a skin fan, just a bitter, disillusioned (for the moment) Cowboy fan

Your name says you are a Skins fan
