Terrance Williams - 6'2 210 lbs 4.5 40yd Market Value estimated 8.2m/per former 3rd rounder
Brice Butler - 6'3 205 lbs 4.36 40 yd Market Value estimated 6m/per former 7th rounder

I used this site for values, if they are off please chime in.

So if the prices of these two players are too rich for Jerry's taste based on upside and production, here are some intriguing options. All are big fast guys and some are former first round guys, a trait Dallas seems to covet.

Brandon Lafell 6'2 210 4.5 40yd Market Value estimated 6.6 m/per.
Lafell is older player but is very productive. Former 3rd rounder.

Michael Floyd - 6'3 220 4.47 40yd Market Value estimated 8.8m/per
If you could sign Floyd for the same money as Twill, I would say Floyd has more upside. Few years younger than Lafell. Former first rounder. Doubtful NE pays him big bucks. Very shrewd negotiators.

Kenny Britt - 6'3 223 4.5 40yd Market Value estimated 6.7m/per
Britt has always been a productive pro on bad teams. About the same age as Floyd. Former first rounder.

Cordarelle Patterson - 6'2 220 4.42 40yd Market Value estimated 7m/per
Former 1st rounder. Patterson could be intriguing for his return ability, and another guy who is just on a bad offense. His stats have declined the last few years, but maybe due to the offense and the emergence of Thielen and Diggs.

Resign Williams who's young, experienced in the system, a good route runner, a good blocker, and has been reliable. Let Butler walk and draft a WR. Williams gets a bad wrap around here but he shows up every game and plays hard. Like Carr, there's something to be said for a player who's always available to play the game.

They can resign either or both if they want, but I don't agree with the Spotrac estimates. At all. For TWill to get 8 Million per season he would be making more than guys like Jordy Nelson and Golden Tate made last year. I seriously doubt that happens.

I would bring Butler back on a low cost deal if possible, but he isn't going to get that estimate of 6 Million per season. That is almost twice what Beasley was paid this year, while Beasley had 75 catches to 16 for Butler.

How is Floyd going to get $9MM a year with the off the field issues (booze) that he has?

I think they are contract estimates not guaranteed money estimates. Twill is definitely gonna be looking for marvin Jones money. 8m per
Butler can prob be had for 1.5 per year.

I think you can prob get him for 6 per year. Salary cap just went up. teams have $$$

I'd be all over Floyd at $6MM or less. You'd obviously have to do some due diligence on his drinking issues.

replace T Will right now isnt high on our priority list. Most of next season is dependent on what we do on defense and a few other roster spots. Id happily go into this season with T Will if other sports are taken care.

My WR priorities would be using (Spotrac's estimates):

1) Stills - $6.7MM a year
2) Floyd - $8.7MM a year (he won't get that)
3) Patterson - $7MM a year

Special mention for Ted Ginn.

I wouldn't spend big money on WR#2....not many teams do. There are plenty of places on defense that could use the money.

Everyone wants to keep pouring money into the offense. We already spend enough on offense, let's spend some on defense please

If I had to replace TWill it would be with MWallace or DJax.

None of those guys on that list are any better than TWill all things considered.

So who is your #2 or #3 WR? While I suspect people might be overrating the #2 WR we need, some might be underrating how important a quality #2 is for us.

Floyd is definitely better than Williams. But while Williams is relatively risk free, Floyd has some hair.

That's what I meant by all things considered. Floyd has baggage and I would rather have more speed anyway.
