Every organization you need about 4-5 guys that can carry the company as a champ or not, the WWE only has a couple of guys that can carry company right now. I know people hate him but Cena is the flag bearer for the WWE, then Rollins by default because he is champ, outside of those two the cupboard looks a little bare in how they are pushing the other guys.

Yep wrestling was about the in ring and the "drama" between superstars, heel vs the face, now you have a lot of heelish faces and face-ish heels. They want to recreate the formula that made Stone Cold popular and teh nWo popular but do not have the wrestlers to pull it off.
