Houston, Dallas, St. Louis, DC, and LA are the top 5 teams in whichever order. Seattle, Tampa and New York are the lower teams.

St. Louis dominated Houston statistically but two killer turnovers enabled Houston to win, 28-24. They look like the best in their divisions.
