I'm ready but I'm worried about our defense.
I'm definitely hyped, but our defense still scares me.
Yes I think the defense will be much improved this season but I don't know if we'll see it in game 1.
Great post as usual x. They are young AND a couple rookies have been banged up. Not a recipe for early season success.
How are you all feeling this morning about that defensive debut?
YEAHHHHH BABEEEQuite randy

They looked pretty darn good. It was obviously one game, but I was impressed.@Sarek @SDCowboy85 @xwalker @manster4ever
I'm legit interested in your take on the defense after game 1. You all seem to represent the opposite end of the confidence spectrum in them and I'm curious as to how your opinion may (or may not) have changed.
As I stated earlier here, I believe our offense will continue to place them in low pressure situations as the season progresses. Our offense is highly efficient and that efficiency will feed into a less than helter skelter experience early on defensively. I believe that formula will allow the defense to grow into a real strength "by seasons end".
Last night was the very first Cowboys home game I ever attended, it was overwhelming, I drank a lot. I don't think I'm prepared to reevaluate the defense just yet, but they did play very well last night. If they continue to hold teams to under 10 points what can I say at that point? I'll be in Sedona Arizona tomorrow night and am hoping they show the next Cowboys game on tv there and I'm sure I'll have some statements to add during/after the game. I hope your right about the defense being better then I think they are.@Sarek @SDCowboy85 @xwalker @manster4ever

Awesome! My first Cowboys game attendance was in the old Texas Stadium against the Denver Broncos back in the mid to late 90s. I still haven't made it to Jerry's World yet. Cheers bro! I thought Jaylon actually jarred the ball loose before the guy's knee hit the ground with that forearm shiver while Sean Lee had the guy wrapped up. Too bad they came at us with that lame dead ball crap. They looked pretty darn good. It was obviously one game, but I was impressed.
