Weis has a great situation at ND and I can fully understand why he would not be looking at returning to the NFL. Successful college coaches are treated like gods and have a lot more control over their players than what HC in the NFL have over their players. The ideal that college coaching is a stepping stone for the pros is just not true some coaches love the college ranks.

thats true about a lot of coaches; this idea some have here that a Pro Coaching position is the top of the line is BS; many want no part of the crap that pro coaches have to deal with now; player attitudes, front office fun and games, and so forth.
