My pick: Mike McCarthy. For the third straight year, we were outcoached.

We've given McCarthy three years to take us farther than we've been in years. Not only has he failed, he failed miserably. The better coaches are able to decipher our offense and stuff it.

Which then would open up the run game and Pollard along with Dowdle would ground and pound.

I actually thought about this last night, about Barry’s gameplan. Mike was their HC for years, which means they probably have tons and tons of film in the building. My bet is Barry looked at all of Mikes old stuff.
