Dak is 2-5 in the playoffs (1-2 with JG and 1-3 with MM).

In the last 3 seasons that the Cowboys has been eliminated in the playoffs Dak have played like crap.

Against SF at home Dak missed opened receivers and ran out of the clock

Against SF on the road threw 3 picks and played worst than rookie Purdy only scoring 13 points

Against GB at home again played poorly threw 2 picks and was off target consistently outplayed by a 1st year starter

Go ahead and try to justify him being the long term guy 8 years later.

If Jerry lets only one go, who do you think it should be?

My pick: Mike McCarthy. For the third straight year, we were outcoached.

To hear Shannon Sharpe explain it so eloquently and knowledgably, the Cowboys inserted NO wrinkles into their offensive plays. The Packers studied film and knew all our tendencies and knew our plays better than we did. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

We've given McCarthy three years to take us farther than we've been in years. Not only has he failed, he failed miserably. The better coaches are able to decipher our offense and stuff it.

I don't see anything changing. 12-5 and 1 and done.

The coaches are the only ones held accountable here when regular season success is good or okay and playoff success is not good.

Get rid of Dak-first and foremost. It will not happen. But it should.

Dak. Sign Flacco to a 5 million dollar deal and use the rest of that money on dline, linebackers, rb, and center.

All 3.

McCarthy is ultimately responsible. Players esp on offense where he took over as OC were not ready to play. Quinn failed to have the best player on the field make any impact. Time for a coaching overhaul and then get out from under an way overpaid QB.

That's a tough one..

Dak because it appears we've reached out ceiling with him.

Dan Quinn is a close second because he's incapable of putting together a defense that can stop teams from running straight up the middle of the field..

Big Mike would be my pick to stay because he seems like the least problematic of the 3. He's coached us to three 12-5 seasons which almost any team would be happy with, even though we're all painfully aware of how our playoff performances have gone...
