You know what else is really ripping at me insides

I had someone have the nerve to say to me Romo just isn't as good as top QBs. Even with the passer rating he had today, some blame him.

Nothing good ever comes from insulting the football gods. You just take your beating and say that you like it or you get it worse next time.

Today was our Superbowl, had we won no question we beat Seattle and the winner of the Colts/Pats game.

That's infuriating. I mean, obviously, they are clueless and needed to be ignored immediately, but it's still infuriating.

There's a huge question whether or not this team could beat SEA in SEA. I do think we likely would have beaten NE, though.

That passer rating is a bit deceiving though. I was shocked to see how much higher his was than Rodgers. Romo played well enough though to win today. Especially factoring in that touchdown they stole from us.

I truly truly believe this. I don't think Green Bay matches up with Seattle well at all. We did.

I honestly thought the Packers would be a harder test for us than the Seahawks. Had we made it out of Lambeau I would've liked our chances to make it out of Seattle again.

This was going to be the toughest matchup for us and we damn near pulled it off in their house and would have if we just took advantage of the opportunities in front of us.

Them's the breaks though.

I really wish I weren't at work right now. I think I'd like to be drinking. A lot.

This is what hurts me today. I hope this isn't like that 2007 season where you miss out on a huge opportunity. People can call me a homer but this season was looking special. 8-0 on the road? I really thought this season was going to end in Arizona. And it should've.

Fix this defense and we'll be in Levi stadium in 2016 :D

I need to go to bed but I'm too amped and still upset. I'll try. But yeah, let's see isn't it only ONE team in the last 8834739 years who went 8-0 on the road who wound up NOT in the SB. Make it 2 teams now.

And Romo the ONLY QB with the passer rating over 125 to not win a playoff game in what was it 68 games?

This tells me something went wrong and it wasn't entirely just us.

Agreed, it's difficult to beat a team twice, especially a very good team twice at home but our offense is too much for Seattle's D despite there improved play.

IMO no question we cream NE, heck the Ravens put up 31 pts. on NE's D, our offense is significantly better.

No guarantees. Everyone says be happy for next year... there are very few teams who do well two and three years in a row. No one has won the NFC East twice in a row in over a decade. I"m sorry but the NFL was ruined when Parity came along... it's a year to year league and I would be very surprised if we're in a similar position next year. Just my opinion.

Exactly. You just don't know. All it takes is one Romo injury and we lose a year and the window could slam shut.

This opportunity was RIGHT THERE and we just couldn't grab it. ***.

No one has won it twice in a row because it was our fault for not doing so.

We have a great foundation and a rebuilt team and YOUNG team. Lee comes back next year as well, and also FA and draft on defense. Our DL will be much stronger.

What's ripping me is that we manhandled two of the remaining teams and should have beat the packers.
