Steelers #4 overall?

Keep in mind that anyone can create their own website and post it with content rather easily. It doesn't meant that they're an expert or knowledgable.

Read the last sentence addressing the Cowboys' draft picks. Is it really that difficult to learn the correct usages of then and than? In my opinion, if a person wishes to write web content, he really should master the most rudimentary aspects of language.

If you're the do-it-yourself type, there are a couple tools. The one that's the most sure is installing and using Hijack This and getting Hijack This output. Then, you find a message board that specializes on analyzing the output. There will usually be a local board expert that can help you clean out your system.

I'm suggesting this because a large number of viruses and malware aren't caught by anti-viral products. Sometimes the only fix is to locate the offending files and processes and eliminate them. It's not something you can always automate.

messed it all up. it was running slower than dial up and after a while the only thing that would load was the background picture. had to take it to geeksquad in bestbuy and pay over 200 bucks to get it fixed. they had to wipe out my whole computer

You paid someone $200 just to format your hard drive......?

Yeah, Bear Share did it to me.

If anybody else has installed Bear Share and has constant pop-ups from Undertone and Orbit, please let me know. That way I will be sure that BearShare is the true culprit.
These pop-ups are not only annoying but will slow your system down. Sometimes it will take a Web site a minute to show up (high-speed internet) while the pop-up is lurking, possibly to make you stare at the pop-up while your site is being delayed.

I'm almost willing to bet a body part ("almost", and i'm at liberty to choose that body part, my left toe-nail is getting a tad long at the moment) that the Browns will be a top 5 pick, and the Cowboys will be a bottom 5 pick.

I used to get all bent out of shape about predictions like these.

But I really don't care anymore.

Most of the time websites like this fall in one of two categories.
1. An expert that actually has an opinion that honestly thinks we'll be bad.
2. A Cowboy-hater who is engaged in some wishful thinking.

This guy is obviously a fan that has an extreme case of hate for the Cowboys or TO.

I personally, feel we have the talent to compete for a SB win. But, I can see the point of people who feel we're overhyped. Think about it.

1. Our defense totally fell apart down the stretch. Was it really do to the scheme? or Do we have a talent void?
2. We feel that Romo is going to be our next franchise QB. But he did struggle with ball security down the stretch. Is he the next Tom Brady? or Is he just another Jake Delhomme...or worse?
3. TO and Glenn are both intregal pieces of our defense. It's not out of the realm of possibliity that one or both will miss major portions of time to injury.
4. Wade Phillips doesn't really have Parcells' rep. Has he just been the victim of impatient GMs. or Is he just a great coordinator/average joe coach?

There are so many questions......I can see why people are down on us. But in the end, it doesn't matter. Jokers like this guy and his website have nothing to do with what happens on the field.

I love the Cowboys... but I am not a homer. Look at this guy's 2008 mock draft...I e-mailed him to pick his brain. All I simply want is for him to be a man and face the music when his prediction turns out to be completely wrong. I told him I see the Browns pick being top 5 and our pick being somewhere in the 20s. (sure I hope and want us to be in the super bowl..but we gotta win a playoff game first) So everyone please put pressure on this guy to show his face when he is completly exposed

http://BAN-INCOMING-IN-3-2-1/draft2008_CRAIG.php

the thing you need to understand is that i'm sure there were just as many idiots in the world i 1973 for example, but we couldn't find them. we only knew the local idiots and reporters we could see.

today we can find idiots all over the globe and it's far too easy. but to in a sense go "idiot hunting" when you find them and then do more than giggle a bit at their idiocy redefinement is just feeding the idiot.

from looking at the site i doubt very much so that he's getting paid. from reading what he wrote, if he is getting paid then there's your "fountain of idiocy".

let it go. to get worked up everytime and idiot does what comes natural will just drive you crazy.

He has Detroit picking 22nd. What? Did they trade down or something? It's amazing how lousy teams are often given the benefit of the doubt that they will definitely improve, while teams that have actually shown a little something are perceived to have no chance.

wow. if that person was a "friend" i'd not wanna be their friend anymore.

if that was a shop charge, i'd damn sure not shop there anymore.

go into cmos
set to boot from CD first
put in windows cd (full version, if upgrade have old cd handy)
reboot
hit any key to boot from cd
follow screen instructions.

a little different for vista.

Ok, I'm gonna post for BBRoy....Of course I don't know him at all. But if he's anything like me...What you just said, is like an alien language. What is "cmos"?

You have to understand that most old fogies have no idea how computers work. I bought mine at Best Buy...they put the whole thing together for me.

It's like folks who have no idea about car engines. A mechanic can tell you that a dillyrod is out on the car and it would cost $300 to fix....some people would pay it.

He's got us wrong, but I honestly don't think he's so far off on the Browns finishing around where he's got them pegged. And anyone who doesn't is full of wishful thinking. Sure they're in a tough division, but we all know how rivalries go and they're up to their neck in them as far as the bulk of their schedule goes, surprises could be had. And if Quinn comes firing out of the gate, could be a Tony Romo replay, taking a few weeks, if not months, to figure the kid out. All they have to win is 6-8 games to land in the area where he's predicted them. Not far-fetched.

We're the one's whom everyone will be aiming for, just as we always are when we're on the brink of success. We should be worried more about ourselves living up to the hype and stop worrying if a new wave in Quinns hair will doom the browns to even more sufferring, in turn giving us a higher pick.

you're right - it's 2nd nature to and i've just been "used" to computers since the 386SX was all the rage of speed. 15 years at a top software company in support can't hurt either.

sometimes i suppose you just don't have a choice but to "pay the man" (now i have silver streak running through my mind - kinda old myself i suppose) and get back to what you need to do.

btw - cmos = setup. the computer will say "HIT DEL TO ENTER SETUP" and you do - but yea, if you don't know what to do when you get there you're in dangerous terratory.
