You have to understand that most old fogies have no idea how computers work. I bought mine at Best Buy...they put the whole thing together for me.

It's like folks who have no idea about car engines. A mechanic can tell you that a dillyrod is out on the car and it would cost $300 to fix....some people would pay it.

:laugh2: you read my mind, hey iceberg i tried everything and could not access anything. it was like my computer froze everytime when trying to load. no icons showed up (aol,recycle bin, etc.) the only thing i saw on my monitor after letting the computer load for an hour was my backround picture of romo throwing that deep ball to witten against the gmen in ny last year
