1. I think Downs makes this at least a B by himself.
2. If the rest of the guys contribute, then it’s an A. I’m hoping for the best. I’m going to be waiting to see what happens on the rest.

A-/B+. The addressed everything that needed to be addressed, but the 4th round picks are iffy, and I don't love the 7th round receiver. Could've had Burks who just went to Seattle. Lots of potential with this group. Hopefully the new DC can put them in positions to succeed.

I would have preferred Keonte Scott over Devin Moore in round 4, though. We need more DBs that like to tackle.
