On offensive side of the ball, I'd say T.Fred, I think he's going to lock down that o-line for years to come and he'll prove it this year.

On defensive side of the ball, I'd say S.Lee or M.Claiborne. I think S.Lee can flat out dominate if he's healthy and he'll show that this year. As for M.Claiborne I think he'll have a break out year in interceptions and show he can be that dominant force that we drafted. M.Claiborne has went up against Dez all throughout camp and I believe it's going to show this year.

I am having a lull at work right now, so I'll give you one for defense, as well: Demarcus Ware. In seasons past, as we all know, he had other responsibilities other than getting after the ball. Now, his focus will be getting to the QB/ball carrier at all times. He probably will "freak out" opposing offenses more than anyone on the team.

I know this is not answering the question the way it was asked, but...

The defense...holding opponents to 14.7 points per game.

With the offense Dallas fielded last year, and not one smidgen more, that is a championship team.

I think Lee is already accepted as an elite LB in the league, top 5. If he stays healthy and keeps his same performance he moves into top 2/3, if he improves we are talking about a Ware level performer.

Miles Austin if he remains healthy has a good shot at a 1100 YD, 6-8 TD season which will put him safely into the top 12-15 receivers in the league and with Dez expected to go ape with statistics this year we very well may endup with the #1 and #12 WR's in the league.

For a true breakout I would go with Bruce Carter but even then he proved himself as a good player last season, I think he does have the potential to emerge as a great one.

Offense: Austin
Defense: Allen

Explanations: Miles Austin will return to prime healthy form and Will Allen will be far more valuable than our fan base is expecting.
