Mine is this:
1. Carolina
2. Minnesota/New York
3. New York/Minnesota
4. Arizona
5. Dallas
6. Tampa Bay

That'd mean we get to go to Arizona, then Carolina, and for the NFC championship game we'd have to go to Minnesota or New York. Or (best case scenario possible) we could play a home game vs. Tampa Bay.

Not a whole lot of unlikely stuff has to happen for this scenario to take place either, in my opinion.

Week 16
Dallas def. Baltimore
Minnesota def. Atlanta
Carolina def. New York
Tampa Bay def. San Diego

Week 17
Minnesota or New York wins
Carolina def. New Orleans
Arizona def. Seattle
Tampa Bay def. Oakland
Dallas def. Philadelphia

I would rather face Carolina in a potential NFC Championship game. If we do make the playoffs that is my prediction Cowboys - Panthers NFC champ. game. That game would remind me so much of the Giants-Packers NFC champ game last year. A hot wild card team against the team that no one is really talking about and has flaws all over the place that will be exposed.

I'll start worrying about this once I know for sure we are in.

Right now I just want to be IN the playoffs.

I agree. My heart is already tied in knots for tomorrow. If Dallas wins while Philadelphia, Chicago, Tampa and Atlanta lose, then I will spend next week coming up with dream playoff scenarios.

The Giants won't go far without plexiglass, 1 and done is what they get. We are gonna see the Panthers in the NFC Championship game...

At this point, my ideal scenario is seeing the Cowboys make it in. After we make it in, we can begin to think about something more.

I have zero crippling fear of any NFC team so my main concern is getting into the playoffs.

The hottest teams in the NFC right now are probably:

Carolina
Atlanta
Dallas
Philly

Obviously at least one of that bunch gets left out.

I don't know if that's true. Who has the fire power to take advantage of Giants?

The Cardinals? Yes, but they have no running game, meaning the Giants will tee off on Warner.

The Vikings? Don't make me laugh.

The Bucs? Nope.

The Panthers? Steve Smith, maybe.

Really, the Cowboys are the only team with the running-back-wide receiver-defense trio that can compete with the Giants. All the Giants have to do with the other teams is either tee off on the quarterback or shut down the running game.

I agree. For now my Playoff game is Dallas vs the Ravens. Cowboys have no choice to but to be in playoff mode which started last week for us vs the Giants. This pretty much is our playoffs

that Dallas would beat Carolina. Not going to happen, sorry.
Carolina has the best receiver in the league in Steve Smith
Carolina has the best running back in the league in DeAngelo Williams

I think Dallas, if they play their best, has the best shot to beat Carolina But wise up guys. Have you ever noticed (and I like T.O) that guys like Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Chad Johnson, FOR WHATEVER THE REASON, don't win championships!

Giants have no shot at winning this game on Sunday.

Think about it.

I like it.

Mine would be:

1. New York
2. Carolina
3. Minnesota
4. Arizona
5. Dallas
6. Atlanta

I think Atlanta wins in Min this weekend and next weekend at home against the Rams, eliminating the Eagles before we even take the field against them.
I also think TB loses at home to SD.

I like this scenario because I believe Atlanta and Dallas could both be favored to beat Min and Arizona.

That could set up Atlanta@NewYork, Dallas@Carolina for round two.

I'm good with the coming to NC, it's only an hours flight.:D

Same here...except that I'm about a 4 hour drive. I've got a couple of good friends in Charlotte that would be down with getting some tickets. I had a great time there last year. I've also never seen a playoff game...

I might try to get tickets if Dallas comes to Charlotte. Of course, that is getting ahead of ourselves.
