Very underrated.

Very under nourished more like it,,,
As sweet and pretty as her voice was ,I can't keep but blaming her for cutting it short,she had a great voice with harmonics/ inflection,,, if you flip it over to the dudes/ man card casing-liner, their is and never will be a better male vocalist than Anthony Kiedis,as his voice inflection and harmonics could make a song about a corner fence post on the back fourty sell records

I kinda' see where you're coming from 666 but the O.P. significantly says 'singers' ,,, kinda' tough to 'sing' without 'performing',,, maybe TRACY CHAPMAN is the clear cut #1

I am surprised no one mentions Mariah Carey. Her vocal talent is elite.

I did but based on history not currently. She can't hardly sing a lick now.
