I thought he made it sound like it was just happening naturally as a result of Jurasek's S&C program.

15 LBS of muscle in a month isnt possible.

I have noticed often speed guys will gain weight and inevitably lose it back the next year after finding it didnt work.

Agree... For a professional athlete, 15 lbs is a dramatic gain. When you reach elite status, a couple of pounds of muscle is difficult to put on.

The fact is, I don't see why he would put on 15lbs, considering speed and flying to the ball is his biggest asset. Bradie himself lost weight his first year out of Parcells system to play better in Wade's scheme.

And the 2008 Comeback Player of the Year is.................Mr. Thomas!!!!

Studys film of Donnie Edwards to emulate what he does when he was with San

I'm a huge Donnie Edwards fan -- but I want Zach Thomas to play like Zach Thomas -- Edwards was a very good player -- Thomas is one of the best LBs of the past 10 years. Play like yourself Zach.

Let me clarify, without drugs it isnt.

I don't think it's possible even with anabolic steroids.

15 pounds of muscle in a month is one half pound of muscle per day. I don't think anyone could do that. It takes a very long time to put on 15 pounds of pure muscle.

What zach did was add 15 pounds of fat and water and a little muscle.

Someone posted a linkt to an interview with Zach and he was saying how great it is to play for the team with the star... "look at the star on the helmet"...... he then said "it feels weird".... but it was like... he didnt feel like he earned it yet... THAT excites me.

First defensive play of 2008... Zach blasts the ball carrier after about a 1 yard gain.... I mean... real, real hard!

I believe I saw that on NFL.com's video section.

Well, FWIW, he didn't say he gained 15 lbs. It was just a casual remark, and all he said was he can't list himself at 225 anymore. Maybe he's gone from the low 230's to the high 230's.
