Zach Thomas: You Must Lead!!

I thought Thomas was going to do for this team what Ditka, Adderly, Alworth, and other imported vets did for the Cowboy teams that didn't know how to win in the late 60's....

Then again, I'm sure Staubach might have had something to do with that.

I'm just saying Zach's teams in Miami perennially were the worst choke artists in the NFL in December and January for years. So a lot of good "standing up and being a voice" and his "skins on the all" did for them. He was actually a really good player back then.
And I'm just saying. The leadership from the likes of Ellis, Romo, Newman, and any other players that could/should lead, hasn't panned out. It's time for a new voice. And from someone that's not afraid to lose a battle to win the war. We have too many style over substance type players! Zach is a throwback, IMO, and that attitude is needed more than the Hollywood status that most of our players play with! I wish it was Ratliff that was the guy getting in people faces, but from what I hear, he doesn't say much on or off the field!
