I caught the interview - good stuff. He sounds happy to be on this team and feels good about playing right guard. He said the OL is a tight group that pushes each other, and that Travis Frederick is the biggest help for him as he was a rookie last year and knows all the things he is going through in his first year really well. He feels motivated to do his job as perfectly as possible as the team is so full of talent in the huddle. He knows they will do their job if he does his.

Well the Rams made that decision easy. It wasn't like the cowboys picked Martin over Donald.

That's an interesting tidbit. Free doesn't talk much if any to the media so it's hard to get a gauge on who he is. It's nice to hear that he's got the respect of the younger guys, in spite of the grief he's taken from the fan base over the years.

What in Manziel's game did you like? IMO, running QBs are not successful, yes there are outliers, but I do not think they specifically will lead you to a SB. In SF and Seattle's case, it was 100% those Defenses. So, what did you like about the 6ft, running 1st QB, who has a drug problem?

True, but I was almost certain that Dallas would move up a few spots to lock him in if he fell past a certain point.
