I'm good C just chilling, completing last minute paperwork about to separate from the Navy
Right on. I hope everything goes smooth and we'll get some chances to take in some games together at some point in the very near future.
This guy... he's a good one.

Ian Rapoport Retweeted Tom Pelissero

And no phones allowed in the court room. So… potential for a Zeke Elliott ruling and they won’t know.

Ian Rapoport added,

Jeff Kessler, Heather McPhee and others from NFLPA/Team Zeke have arrived for the 5 p.m. hearing. No Harold Henderson appeal decision yet.

Lol. I'm sure they'll know if a ruling is handed down. That's the least of my worries...

Kessler will no doubt point this out to him. The only question is if the judge will believe him.
He's the type of judge who will. This guy gives no shiv.

I'm not a "forum vigilante." But dang, I've heard this twice now in the last couple months.

Look, brother, I like you and don't want to fight. I was speaking up for a friend of mine, and a post that didn't land or resonate, IMO.

Normally, for me, when said occurrences happen and I'm the one being questioned, I quickly make it as clear as mud what I meant.

You didn't. That's why I continued to broach your posts.

Also, I don't "butt" into your posts. We post on a public forum. The same could be said of every reply to a poster outside of the two conversationalists.

Please. Stahp.

Maybe, just, maybe, the post didnt "land or resonate" because it wasnt meant for you or anyone other than the poster I was addressing.

The fact that you thought it might be or could be about someone, which might have been a "shot", but you werent sure and that maybe, perhaps, you interpreted it for them and therefore you needed to front-run on the chance it was to ensure your hero fix, could be a catalyst that is something for which can reflect with introspection.

And you can't speak up for a friend, when the friend wasnt besmirched. You are looking for things that arent there - on purpose, to fill some need.

So, please. stahp.

C-Hill is at the Sherman courthouse....

It would be nice if people in the media would stop using 'if' this happens and just call out the NFL for the nonsense and childish games they have pulled.

Peter King had no problems going after Goodell with DeflateGate, but here we have a man that is being 100x more railroaded for something that he clearly didn't do. Not only is the no evidence against EE, but there's a mountain of evidence and eyewitnesses...which include police officers and friends of Tiffany Thompson...that all go against her and stated that she lied. There's VIDEOTAPE that was played at the appeal showing this lunatic Thompson attempting to smash the windows of her own car so she could blame it on EE. There's the lack of credibility of both doctors hired by the NFL...one of which lied about being hospitalized with an illness to get out deposing.

But hey, it's the Cowboys and it's a woman accusing a man of hitting her...so we'll continue to give her the benefit of the doubt and treat the NFL with kid gloves.

For me, it's simple. If there's any truth at all to what Zeke did, he should accept whatever the penalty is, and count his lucky stars if the suspension is reduced. If there's no truth at all to what he did, he should fight tooth and nail to clear his name until completely exonerated. This is more than just football. This is about the man's life and how he will be perceived through it. If he's guilty, he better grow up and straighten himself out. Otherwise, guess what, next time you blow your career. If he's innocent and accepts any form of guilt just to "move this along" not only is that defamation of character but he loses millions in game checks, sponsorships, potential sponsorships, etc.

It boils down to being a man and accepting when your wrong and correcting it, or standing up for yourself and refusing to give in if you're right. Only Zeke knows which is the right move. But if he's right and fights this till the end, and wins; another layer of the NFL circus is revealed.

Can the judge in Sherman act in any way without a decision from Henderson?

It's plainly obvious that Henderson is following orders from the NFL.

But but Henderson is supposed to be neutral and unbiased.

LOL

The POS, and the POS NFL fraud kangaroo court is a complete joke!

If you're a judge you have to be shaking your head at this situation. How can you not?

Boy they are really trying to stick it to Zeke for nothing! This smells as a shot a Jerry and the Boys. Hosed in the last 2 playoff games and now this? Yea sure there is no conspiracy against the boys. You fools who think there isn't a conspiracy against the boys need to open your eyes. It's obvious as the day is blue. Screw the league and that fraud Goodell-blowhard
