The fact that is delayed probably strengthens his case of getting the injunction. I am not a legal expert but Falia basically called it a blowout win for the NFL. If it was really a blowout then why the brief stay?

My gut tells me at this point this gets pushed to the offseason. Too much gray... Roger looks worse the longer this gets extended.
