We beat the Lions, the chance of Zeke playing the entire Philly game with the #1 seed and HFA wrapped up already is extremely doubtful. May just see him in the 1st half, then he'll be sat along with many of the starters.

Sheagles beat Midgets Thursday night we get #1 seed wrapped, and so even the Detroit game is rendered "pointless"

You'd really, really love to see it, but between Lenihan and holding calls I just can't see them helping Zeke enough.

As much as I'd like to see Zeke get that yardage, I seriously doubt he'll make it. Other teams are stacking the LOS. Garrett and Linehan will more than likely relieve him in the final games that don't count for much other than padding his stats. He's done great, nevertheless.

He needs to run the ball 30-35 against the Lions and every game in the playoffs.

Its been a rare sighting and a long time since Linehan had the balls to run Elliot on 1st, 2nd and 3rd down consecutively. We need to do it. Make defenses stop us. Just pound it down their throats relentlessly.

He will play nearly the entire Eagles game. Jason is not known for benching his players and with a bye week the following he wouldn't want them to rust either, so I imagine if he knows that Zeke is near the record by half time he will play him and have him go for it. Lots of it depends on how it goes with the lions, be nice if he can pop a 150+ yard game.

A win and staying healthy and rested is more important. But it would be great to have him get the record.

Off the top of my head I think it's 258 any way.

Personal achievement is great. Blimey, we'd be proud if he did.
But rest him. Keep him healthy for the big push in the playoffs.
If we start rooting for the bloke to smash a record then we venture into Romo territory -- nice individual stats but nothing to show for it.
