3 1/2 weeks of rest and he gets 23 touches. Linehan needs to answer. I don't care if 13 guys are in the box, make them prove they can stop it before to stop it yourself.

The int was supposedly a run/pass option call, and Dak checked out to the pass because 8 guys were in the box. Sometimes running into 8 is a win with Zeke.

I think getting down 21-3 in a blink of an eye had more to do with the limited touches than the game plan. And as far as his int goes.. that was just a very awful pass, Looked to me like he missed his target by several feet, like he was throwing to Dez but Dez was the blocker.. the WR was behind Dez. That was just an awful play by Dak.

Falling behind 21-3 had a lot to do with Zeke only getting 23 touches. Dak had to pass us back into the game and he did.

Once the Cowboys got to within one score we started to see Elliott get the ball again. Down early, there was no time to go on 12 play, 6 minute drives.

Frankly Dak (and we) were lucky he didnt throw 2 or 3 more picks, GB dropped them. He cannot exploit a secondary like Romo.

I don't know about 23 touches, but 3rd and 2 I know I wanted a run... what was that first drive, second drive?

You're right, but the Packers were probably thinking run Zeke on 3rd and 2 as well. Can't be too predictable; though I also question the playcalling early in the game.

First drive. Shoulda ran 3rd and 2 and if we didnt make it again on 4th. It was statement time on the first drive but Garrett wanted to play footsie FGs vs an all time QB.

And that 1st and goal right before the half with 3 straight empty set incompletes instead of Zeke was an abomination

If 302/3td isn't decimation I don't know what is. Romo would've thrown 2-3 of them to GB.

Dak threw about 4 to GB, they dropped most of them. I explicitly said Dak ayed well. But Romo would have shredded that garbage defense from the get go.

No offense, but are we seriously blaming Dak for this loss? Would Romo have made the defense play better? Sorry, can't agree.

You should read my.post again where i explicity didnt blame Dak for the loss.

Fair statement.

But it doesn't account for Zeke and McFadden getting zero love in the passing game. One screen? Yet Butler was getting balls all game. Frustrating....

You're right. Dallas tried one screen and the Packers ate it up; and from that point it was never called again. I also would have liked to have seen some more gadget plays to Lucky Whitehead or Lance Dunbar. They were invisible yesterday, too.
