I think he looks slow, but admit he still has power. The issue is because he is both slow and lacks quickness, two guys are there to make the tackle. Zeke has the power to take on one guy, but not 2. Also the few times Zeke is in the open with the ball he has no third gear anymore. It's just not there. If he is in the open he gears down instead of gearing up.

I'd be a bit concerned about the Dowdle fumble, game on the line.....that would have been horrendous, had Dak not recovered. Zeke is professional enough to know his current strength. Not sure why his on the roster, if he is going to be reduced further in the known reduced role, like we've seen.

The real litmus test is going to be Dowdle's play......can he warrant more carries; can he be consistent in the pass happy offense; can he remain available? TPollard 2.0?

And if you need an example to watch.......look at SF with RB2, RB3 and the extra RB (Deebo) getting yards.........OL, offensive scheme, and playmakers all over the place. Zeke ain't the lone problem, if you just wipe the eyeglasses. I believe Deuce would shine more in SF than on our team.
