Both faced charges.

The worst case of an almost accident Ive ever been involved in was with a man in the left lane on a major highway where the speed limit was 70, and he's got both elbows on the steering wheel of his tiny itty bitty whatever, and he's all over the lanes trying to unwrap a snickers.
