Sadly, there is no exercise that is going to make Zeke faster and quicker. OR younger.

Because of the noggin. With a human sized head Zeke is a 3rd down scat back.

I disagree. I think he built up too much of a suit of armor in preparing his body for the NFL.

He's still young. I think he can regain his form in the right program.

5 years in the NFL is about the time these RB's start going downhill. Zeke already had big time mileage on him from him college career.

I also dont think Zeke was ever that fast to begin with. That Oline was sooo good in 2016 that Zeke looked a lot better than he really was. I also agree he has been beaten and battered.

He looks in shape but worn down. Hope Zeke is able to regain some of his rookie burst. He needs to tuck and hold that football closer to his body.

I also dont think Zeke was ever that fast to begin with. That Oline was sooo good in 2016 that Zeke looked a lot better than he really was. I also agree he has been beaten and battered.

When was that, 6 year ago? I dont see a fast RB do you? Definitely not quick so to speak. Runs into defenders instead of around them. Severely lacks big play ability.

Zeke always had fantastic agility. I'd like to see him work on ball security and his long speed. I just feel when he breaks into space, instead of planting the foot and racing down field, he scans the field at 3-quarter pace and looks for contact.

He had covid last season that crap screws up your lungs and stamina. And he prolly did miss a bunch of training because of covid . If he almost sucks this season Might be time to draft a replacement player for 2023 and I said might.

I completely agree on the last sentence. Not sure where you get the agility thing. I think he lacks agility to run around guys and bounce it to the outside. Not sure how you work on long speed at this point.

Looked like the same old Zeke to me from the last couple years. Just a worse Oline and not a great passing game to take the pressure off.
