Absolutely fantastic player as a rookie. Fast, powerful, explosive, elusive. Then he held out, got paid, got fat and now looks like an absolute shell of his former self. Defending him is like buying a ticket to ride the Hindenburg after the fire has already started.

Not true.

He was in awesome shape in camp. Looked fast and ready to go.

Torn PCL will cause problems.

LOL like 1000 rushing yards in a season is good/great. Maybe when there were 12 games played. Zeke is done, he's just an anchor now, dead weight, a progress stopper.

Rushing attempts go down when your yards per carry is terrible which limits the ability to call multiple run plays within a set of downs. The coaches are miss using Zeke and Pollard because they look at contracts not ability when deciding who gets snaps, carries, etc.
lol>...Zeke haters are too funny.

Rushing attempts go DOWN....when the team falls behind early. Rushing attempts also go down when the dumb coach calls three straight running plays up the clogged middle, with QB literally tripping over the centers feet....and declares the run game is broke we have to pass the rest of the game.

No really...how the he double hockey sticks can you run when the O-line pushes the center into the QB before the hand off?

Even Tony had touble running up the middle but at least KM used Tony wide most of the time.

Zeke isn't going to get 1600 yards every year.

No one is.

If Dallas wants more rushing yards for Zeke, then he will need more rushes.

with a 4.2 YPA, he will need 380 rushes for 1600 yards.

He cracked 200 last year.

There is about 30 backs or more that can average 4.2 ypc in this offense. Heck Pollard is a full ypc higher then Zeke in each year.

Zeke is nothing special at all. Waste of salary and waste of a roster spot. Time to move on.

4.2 is good for a torn PCL.

1200 APY and 12 TDs are even better.

How bad must Pollard be? 8/

No that sucks. And his average when he was hurt was like 3ypc. And the selfish punk wouldn’t come out. In 2020 it was even worse at like 3.9 ypc. Any fool can get 12 tds in our offense with 300 touches. Most of those were the 2 yard variety.

They refuse to run the ball last year. Wonder why keep a back at his price if your not going to use him.

That is a made up myth. Zeke was over used. He was just bad at it in the 2nd half of the year. Really bad.
He was also hurt....he could have check out, but he didn't....any one with an ounce of football knowledge would appreciate that and blame the coaches and not the player.

Lol. The narrative that if the OL isn't #1 then it's all their fault. Got it. Plenty of excuses as to why he wasn't good down the stretch. But it starts with Zeke not being the same runner that entered the league. I guess your point is there are no good RB'ls just good OL?
