Zekes injuction hearing scheduled for Oct 30

Don't like how confident the NFL sounded today in regards to getting their way this time. The TRO was given by a more senior judge... don't see why this returning judge would rule different

Getting a TI as opposed to a TRO is a very different beast.

One of the most ridiculous parts of this nonsense is that it took them a year to make the decision to suspend Zeke. It seems like this could have easily been decided by the NFL in March of 2017 and yet it takes them until right before the season starts to make the suspension. And then the Cowboys suffer because this nonsense takes place in the middle of the year.

Almost like an intentional distraction by the NFL!

NFL has acted this way every step throughout the process. I think being confident and a lawyer must go hand in hand.

I’m sure the NFLPA is showing the same confidence.
