After losing our MUST WIN games there’s a good chance the team just might quit….actually after the last debacle I think they already have.

Losing Against the bad teams earlier in the year says more about this team than anything.

Shotty seems a cool approach to games. Not fire in *** Johnson type. It's up to players to be smart, and execute on their own volution.
I'll say this, shotty comes with game plan. Unlike JG or McCarthy who just seemed nonchalant approach, hope for best mentally.

It's been like that almost every game. It's like our preparation sucks and it shows in the first quarter.
We do seem to get a handle on things and play catchup in the 2nd quarter.

I have no confidence this team will be ready, especially the D. They've been doing the same crap all year. Do they even watch tape? How can they keep trotting out Murray every week? Keeping playing the same stuff soft zone where DBs are 10 yds off when they have a bunch of DBs that play man better? Eberturd and Mike Nolan are the same nightmare. Shotty doesn't have the balls to actually take over the team. Thats why he was hired by Jerry. Jerry is still running the team.

He cant even force him to change his def, all he can do is talk to him, and hope he does it differently.
Eber is not all there , that chicago game where he let all the time expire when he had time outs lol just made no sense.
