Think it would be cool to try one of the heavy duty robotic lawn mowers...but the better ones can be really expensive.
I would need one with "Bear Avoidance"... Seriously, I mow with bear spray and an airhorn. I highly doubt that any wild animal (other than a moose) would approach a loud lawn mower.Think it would be cool to try one of the heavy duty robotic lawn mowers...but the better ones can be really expensive.
Yeah, a moose probably would.I would need one with "Bear Avoidance"... Seriously, I mow with bear spray and an airhorn. I highly doubt that any wild animal (other than a moose) would approach a loud lawn mower.
Definitely not on my radar although I have chopped up my share of timber rattlers and a few copperheads.I would need one with "Bear Avoidance"... Seriously, I mow with bear spray and an airhorn. I highly doubt that any wild animal (other than a moose) would approach a loud lawn mower.
Really depends on the slope grade. Pretty flat here but my BIL in East Tenn lives on a hillside and mows laterally over most of his yard without noticeable slippage. I will admit their (ZTR) traction is turrible. When I mow at my church property I carry my 4x4 4wheeler on my lowboy trailer in case I get stuck. On a serious note. Never go down a hill laterally with one. lol very serious risk to flip it.
You have to drive straight up or straight down hills with them.
