After starting off the game looking like we were going to put Cutler in the hospital, we went another game without a turnover, forced or otherwise.
I find this absolutely incredible.
A lot of what it takes to get a turnover is discipline that ends up looking like luck. A prime example of this is the play where the ball deflected off the Bears receiver and Newman, having no trust in his team mate to make the tackle, chased after the player instead of looking for the ball.
In comparison, the ball flies off the hands of a Cowboy player and one guy goes after the player while the other gives up on the player and anticipates the bounce of the ball.
I don't know how you fix something like this. I refuse to believe we are the most unlucky football team in the world and never get any lucky bounces, you have to prepare yourself to take advantage of luck and we just don't seem prepared.
